A three-variant launch is a sequencing problem before it is a creative one. Reveal too early and anticipation collapses; too late and launch day arrives to an empty room. We built the runway backwards from the date — brand story before product, then a staged reveal.
The production rules were firm, and we agreed with all of them. Everything shot in-house with local talent, because a brand about lived Indonesian moments can't be represented by faces from nowhere. Copy stayed minimal, which put the entire burden on the image.

Euphorie entered the market as a complete brand — three personalities, one recognisable world, and a launch that felt like it had been building far longer than it had.
For us at Mana Studio, launches are the clearest test of the work. No audience to carry you, no back catalogue to hide behind — everything the brand becomes on day one, you built on purpose.
Next projects.
