The souvenir market in Bali is highly competitive, saturated with familiar products and repetitive messaging. Our challenge was to make Maigen stand out organically — without relying on paid ads — and position it as the first name that comes to mind for high-quality Bali souvenirs.
We focused on building brand recognition through storytelling and visual consistency. Each post highlighted the product’s craftsmanship, local roots, and irresistible appeal, balancing a clean premium look with the warmth of Balinese hospitality. Over time, the feed evolved into a cohesive showcase that felt both local and elevated.
Through strong visuals and clear messaging, Maigen successfully carved out a distinct space in Bali’s competitive souvenir scene. The brand now stands as a symbol of quality, originality, and pride in local craftsmanship.
For Mana Studio, this project demonstrated how strategy-led storytelling can help even a local brand break through a crowded market — turning an everyday product into a sought-after Bali signature.
Next projects.
